"I am in a much better position now"

I was involved in a fatal car accident where I was a passenger in the car of the driver who had caused the death of another road user. There is nothing I could have done. It was completely the driver's fault, but it took me a while to understand this. I still feel guilt and it is something that I will never forget.

After many sleepless nights and numerous days where I was daydreaming, I wanted to make sure I get back on the right track mentally. As a person who has and does still suffer from Anxiety and sometimes depression, I had to make sure that I get better.

I decided to take up therapy for this, and it has changed my life.

The way I see it, the brain is like a muscle, you can train it and make it stronger.

I am in a much better position now and I am productive as much as I can be.
