"So difficult to get an appointment"

This has annoyed me for a while to be honest. You can only get an appointment by ringing at 7.30 am on that day. By 7.50 all appointments are gone despite constant redialling to get through. You are simply told to try tomorrow - for a repeat experience. The practice seems to have no idea that people working cannot simply stay home on the off chance they will get an appointment - often for days on end.

My daughter leaves for school at 7.15 so do both of us stay home, find there's no appointment and we're both late?
