I'm looking for new GP, called Priory Surgery and spoke to very lovely lady, who said I can come by any time and ask for registration form.
Went to surgery and was met by very grumpy receptionist who refused to give me the form on grounds that I live too far (1.5 miles).
"Need new reception staff"
