Overall service was OK- reception were clearly very busy but responsive to my queries and helpful. GP also contacted me and provided a referral service that went smoothly overall. However there has been no follow up to speak of, and lack of online booking availability meant calling multiple times to get appointments and to check on test results etc, so not the smoothest operation. The staff seem to be doing the best they can managing large workloads with what seem to be very dated and clunky sets of systems and bureaucracy! And please note I am NOT advocating for privatization either, just more patient-focused, greater investment in human resource and simplification of systems. Easier said than done, I know, but where there's a will, there's a way.
