Just wanted to say thank you to two of the ladies for being so patient and helpful during my “repeat prescription/patient access” issues this week. I was left reassured and my prescription was ready for me at my pharmacy as promised. Thanks again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback it is much appreciated and I will pass on your feedback to the team. I know it will be gratefully received - especially at the moment when there is such a high demand for appointments and when so many of us are working overtime and extra shifts to deliver the COVID vaccination programme on top of the usual workload.
