"Very poor service"

About: Bellevue Medical Centre

Surgery asked me to have a blood test prior to prescription renewal. Took several attempts to make an appointment, which was then changed twice at short notice. At the appointment, the practice nurse was unable to obtain blood and wanted to refer me to a hospital an hour away, which I refused. Test was eventually done the following week.

Received a message asking me to make appointment for the results to be given - only to be told there were no appointments available.

Nothing is ever straightforward at this surgery, service is extremely poor

Thank you for your feedback. Following your feedback we have changed the process for patients who have received results that require a further consultation by way of adding dedicated result appointment slots to our appointment availability
