"Cannot get my second vaccination"

About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

Got a letter to book my apointment for second injection, was told all booked up as they had sent e mail to peoples mobile well not everyone has a mobile.

They don't ring landlines so by the time I got a letter they are all booked up. Told to ring the wed after the date on letter.They rang landline for my first injection so don't see why they couldn't ring for second.

Just have to wait and see if i can get appointment when i ring again. This has been a really bad service.
