"Terrible service"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

I visited here tonight, their was only me and two others their. It took two hours to be seen, I’ve got a kidney infection which has got worse over the past few days, blood was still present in the urine but I wasn’t allowed any new antibiotics to treat this, I was just told to stop the ones I was on. And the receptionist on tonight was so rude and abrupt.
