About: City and Hackney GP Confederation / Covid-19 vaccine programme

(as the patient),

I was helped from the moment I arrived and raised due to health anxieties that I would like to be helped by a doctor or nurse. I was taken to meet Dr. Flynn ( or surname could be Fitz I apologise I cannot correctly remember as it was very overwhelming for me) he was kind, caring, understanding and reassuring. He put me completely at ease and helped me through the whole process.

After shielding for the whole pandemic I was nervous and apprehensive and this experience especially the doctor was so thoughtful and well organised I felt protected and supported

I'm so glad you felt looked after EthelT. Well done for getting here and having the jab - sounds like you really had to work on yourself to achieve that. So proud of you.

I have since realised the doctor's name who assisted me was Dr. Fitzgerald and wanted to ensure this was recognised as his patience, care and understanding in this climate was nothing short of outstanding at the centre.

He is a true asset to the NHS, whom all work tirelessly and deserve so much recognition.
