My child has been waiting prescription for medication for more than 3 weeks...I personally thing reception team MUST be trained to use PC and data base, cause it’s just ridiculous situation. Every time different information, nonsense answers, stupid questions, and in the end just another wasted conversation. Somebody need to take actions.
