Trying to arrange care for disabled sister. Endless wait in queue. Telephone triage system with staff who appear to have no access to patients' high level histories. First day referred to District Nurses who would not act as they said it required a doctor to recommend treatment first. Overall we have spent at least 3 hours before getting to the point at which a GP will call back. This is not customer service it's customer torture!
