"Terrible disorganised Practice"

Nothing appears to be learnt from the previous bad reviews. 3 appointments this year and all were a disaster. Two appointments didn’t happen at all. No phone call and then sent away due to IT issues. The other simply booked a room with no GP, so waited an hour to be seen. As a result my problem wasn’t dealt with nor inputted correctly on the system. Now my prescribed medication also hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy. So despite running out of meds they also don’t answer your email requesting an urgent review. Apparently clients at the pharmacy are always complaining about City Way Surgery.. I wonder why! At some point someone needs to take responsibility and fix these issues.. not just apologise. You have inadequate staff for the service you run!
