Have to wait 4 weeks for a telephone appointment. Have to sit on hold for half an hour for someone to answer the phone, that is if it's not completely engaged.

Dear Tracy thanks you for your comments and I'm sorry that you have not found meets your expectations. Unfortunately due to the on-going national COVID pandemic we are struggling to provide the service that we would otherwise provide. This is because we have had a huge increase in demand, we have to closely follow isolation guidelines (to protect our patients), and we also have to provide staff to the local vaccination centre. We are doing our best given the circumstances but it will take a long time for services like ourselves within the NHS to catch up, even when the pandemic is over (which won't be for a while). If you think that your needs would be better met by another practice please do feel free to register elsewhere.
