About: Dr Jude's Practice - Riverside

as i write this i am on hold to the surgery its now 6 minutes and counting it is like this all the time the there is no respect or care when you finally get through they are so lazy from no you cant phone for a repeat prescription you have to travel to the surgery and post it in a box on the wall absolutely unbelievable its now 8 minutes???? it would be funny if it wasn't so serious people are sick there is more illnesses that covid 19 you know. 9 minutes sorry got to go

Hi Hugh, thank you for leaving your feedback. It's important that we receive feedback, good or bad, as it allows us to monitor our provision and improve this where possible.

Unfortunately our phones lines are very busy and we have employed more staff to help with this, however queries from COVID (whether COVID in general or the vaccination programme) continues to increase phone calls. Apologies for this - it is a difficult and busy period for the NHS. We are providing care for patients with COVID and those patients with non-COVID sickness.

We would be happy to chat with you about any issues you have experienced. If you would like to do this, please do contact the surgery and ask for Clare, the Manager.
