"What on earth has happened?"

My appointment was to see a nurse for a diabetes blood test and assessment. The surgery appeared to completely empty accept for the lovely nurse who I had the appointment with and two abrupt and unfriendly receptionists. No sign of any doctors at all. This used to be an efficient and reasonably pleasant practice but no longer. I was shocked and saddened when I went there and fear for the future. Since it has been swallowed up in the Shore Medical practice everything has become impersonal and very unfriendly. I am looking to move practice because I have lost all faith in the Wessex Road Surgery.
