"Disappointing, frustrating"

I have been with the surgery for years. Until they started to change the way we could get appointments,way before Covid, it was ok. Couple of years,you are almost unable to get appointment, since covid, it's worse. And if you are lucky enough to get an urgent appointment, it doesn't mean the doctors will call you back. It happened to me many times. Recepcionist aren't helpful either. I don't recommend this gp surgery.
