"Neglectful"

I am at high risk of gluacoma. Was seen in optholmology clinic in Dec 2020. Was put on new drops as pressures high. Was told I had to be sure to return in 6-8 weeks for pressure check. No appointment has been given. I have spent the last week trying to contact PALS. The eye clinic manager. The CEO. Countless calls and emails....all to no avail! This is the third time this has happened over the last few years. Constantly having to battle for a follow up appointment which they say I need. Disgraceful. This is people's eyesight you are playing with!!
