"My son not being well and the excellent care he received"

(as a parent/guardian),

The top thing is I was listened to and the care the nurses and doctors showed my son was amazing. These people were out working a night shift and you would never have known. The enthusiasm and time they took with my son was amazing.

Dear Cav90

Many thanks for taking time to share you and your son's positive experience whilst attending wards 5 and 8 of University Hospital Wishaw.

I am so pleased to hear you were listened to by all staff in the care of your son. The team work extremely hard to deliver a high standard of care for patients and carers.

I am sure the team in both wards will be delighted to hear your kind words of encouragement.

Best wishes

Jean
