(as a relative),

My Mum was recently take in to Grenville ward due to confusion and being unable to cope with her home peritoneal dialysis. The care shown by all of the staff that treated her, both on the ward and also the occupational health team to get her all sorted and back home again was fabulous. Thank you all so much/

The team on Grenville are so glad we could meet your mum's needs and return her home continuing on her peritoneal dialysis treatment.

We have an excellent occupational therapist who puts patients and families at the heart of her assessments and this produces excellent outcomes.

All the best to JC and her husband for the future.
