Another fine example of an inadequately funded and inadequately staffed service.

Missed call for appointment for surgery called back seconds after call and was listening to ring tone for total of 45 mins.

half way through some of the calls i was lucky enough to speak to someone who said the correct department selection (phone button press) has not brought me to correct department. Transferred call, rang for another ten mins each time.... and got cut off. This happened twice.

A pointless service, where funds could be better used elsewhaere.
