"Heart Failure Service"

My mother has been attending this service for almost 2 years and all of the nurses have been so kind, knowledgeable and have provide great support to her.   She understandably hadn’t been attending the clinic since the start of the pandemic but they telephoned her, unprompted by us, and arranged to see her last month. I’m so pleased that she is going to be followed up by them in a regular basis again.   Thanks to all the team; you are amazing!
