"Very Disappointing "

I was not able to see a GP or have a telephone appointment was told no appointments available on the day or anytime in the future and no emergency appointments.No offer of speaking to Nurse Practitioner or the Practice Nurse.Offered a Hub appointment on the telephone which was in Eltham ,I don’t live in Eltham.If I required a prescription would have to go to Eltham to pick up as I believe no access to electronic prescriptions.This was my experience in April when went to Thames Reach which is a short walk from our house.

I realise the past year has been difficult due to the Pandemic,I feel as patient of 30 years in this Practice has let me down immensely.

I have emailed twice to the Practice as I had similar incident in April at Easter.No response to any of my emails.

There is no Footfall on the Practice website this is available for all GP Surgeries in Greenwich.Why do Bannockburn have this facility on the website.
