My therapist was amazing.
I thoroughly enjoyed our CBT sessions.
My scores have completely come down.
I did not feel judged in anyway and he really helped me think deeply about how I see, interpret and think about situations.
I feel like me again.
Our last session was yesterday ending on session 10/12.
That's how great he is!
Honestly so grateful for this service and my therapist!
