"Very attentive care"

I had 2 appointments with the Healthcare Assistant to help with an infected and blocked ear. The care I received was extremely attentive, effective and reassuring - within a week I was feeling much better and was referred to a wax removal service. My healthcare assistant took the time to listen to my condition and gave me excellent advice. She was non-judgmental, extremely friendly, practical and caring in her approach. In addition she set into motion an over-40s healthcheck, along with a booked telephone appointment to discuss the results. Altogether I feel that I have received excellent care.
