Great service from the doctors and nurses. Most of the time it's a struggle to get past the receptionist, recently I had a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and it was lovely to not be grilled on "why haven't you done the online form" with a stroppy tone.
It also takes forever to get through now it's Beacon. It took me 2 minutes just to get to the dial options which is ridiculous.
Then you're in a que for 20-40 mins and you're 2nd in the que.
Since Beacon has taken over I'm not happy.
Why fix something that worked amazingly before.
Was always lovely to have the same receptionists answer the phone and they were always lovely. Never took any time for them to answer either.
You could speak to a doctor quicker too.
The online form can take way too much of your time with unnecessary questions then it says call 111 when you only want to speak to a doctor so you have to adjust your answers.
There are way too many hurdles to talk to a doctor now, it's a shame as it puts people off and they would rather suffer instead.
I could go on and on... doctors and nurses are great though and some receptionists.
