"Fantastic Team/Service"

With onsite parking, easy access to site and a new fresh work in progress look it’s a Great Practice to use each month due to ongoing health issues for all the family.

I have been a patient since Birth in the early 80’s before they moved to this site & Also the Family Doctors.

They have a fantastic all-round team willing to help you in times of need with medical problems, support, Repeat prescriptions and more all from the Practice Management, Reception staff, Nurses and Doctors.

No, it has never always been 100% as nothing is always 5 stars however when things go wrong the staff are happy to listen, learn and work to get things back on track. Nobody gets on with everyone and people have bad days and at times I do get a receptionist that comes across a little unhelpful and to the point rude, but this does not happen all the time and does not reflect bad on the rest of the team as if this happens, I just ask to talk to someone else, give feedback and problem solved.

Always happy to see any doctor or nurse and the reception team do a good job at getting you the right help by the correct member.

Covid has been hard and for me the service has not changed for the worse but for the better with more staff, more open clean space and now with the extra building works I can only see the service getting better.

I also like the call on the day to get an appointment as in the past it was sorry our next appointment is in 2 weeks. Now its 1st come 1st serve and they do also at time find extra space or pass you to a nurse practitioner or a doctor calls you back at some point in the day when the service gets full. This is not the best for everyone but works well for me and my family.
