I have been waiting for a letter from the medical secretary for the d.w.p I have spent 15 minutes waiting to speak to the medical secretary only to be told by her oh there’s a backlog can’t tell you how long it will be sorry!! How does that help me?

Even though I have to pay for letter yet doctors only adds his signature.

Asked for husband blood tests results only he has to wait another two weeks before he can speak to a clinician.

So what’s happened to mental health they cause it.

Really awful nobody cares.

We are sorry you have had to wait longer than you expected however, our secretaries are very busy dealing with NHS referrals which have to take priority.

We do endeavour to deal with all other requests within 3-4 weeks.

Any other issues please contact the Practice Manager.
