Cannot get through on the phone to book an appointment, had to turn up at the door and demand an appointment. No appropriate help offered, phone appointment only to diagnose knee problem which leaves me unable to walk at times. Having to pay £200 to see a specialist as the Doctor will not see me, return my calls as promised or respond to my written complaint. The only people praising this surgery are either lucky or "connected". Disgrace.
I'm sure many more want to complain but worry about being struck off, from my recent experience, I have nothing to lose.
