"Rude and uncaring receptionist and eight hour wait"

111 sent me here late at night, saying I needed treatment within six hours. I arrived to find the most unhelpful receptionist I have ever encountered and an eight hour wait to be seen. I left untreated, with query shingles in the eye. I would like the unbelievably rude receptionist to receive training in how to deal with a patient who cannot hear what she is saying, behind her mask and Perspex screen. She was shaming, rude and arrogant. I left this hospital feeling totally uncared for.
