I called because apparently they didn’t send the right information to NHS to be able to book my COVID-19 vaccination.
The receptionist was very rude but as I can see this is normal practice in Collierswood surgery.

Thank you for your message. Our Covid vaccination programme is progressing quite well, nevertheless, there have been issues with booking across all practices. Most of the booking issues have been resolved. Please email surgery at: SWLCCG.collierswoodsurgery@nhs.net with the details of your complaint and we will look into it in a timely fashion and provide a resolution to your satisfaction.
