"First class service"

Upon hearing friends saying how difficult it is to get through to their GP surgery at present, I feel I must say how impressed I am at being able to get through to your receptionist almost immediately, without being number 22 in the queue as others have told me at their surgeries. Everyone is so polite and willing to help. I have been able to get a phone call back from the GP (which I have not needed more than a couple of times). So other than needing to have a face to face appointment, I have received the same attention as before. Thank you Grand Drive Surgery. I feel lucky that I am in such good hands.
