I left a recent review with concerns over the dates of my vaccine. Today had an excellent and informative phone conversation with the practice manager who was good enough to call me. After explaining the situation and pointing out I had indeed got the incorrect date for my vaccination. I am happy the situation has been resolved. Applause the manager for contacting me and explaining.
