"I left feeling more confident"

About: Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment

(as a service user),

Attended an appointment for anaesthetic assessment. Initially I was quite apprehensive and a little nervous. I was greeted in a most courteous and professional manner by Jackie and Siobhan, the two   nurses that dealt with me throughout. I was kept up to speed with all aspects in regards to my forthcoming operation and subsequent stay in the hospital. I can safely say I left feeling more confident about the operation and better informed. A big thank you ladies.
