"Poor receptionist"

Rude and not trustful receptionist. I had and appointment and when doctor called I didn't receive a call because or problems with phone connection, I just received a message, so I called reception asking to call back in another number. He said ok, doctor will call you back. I never got a call back! I needed this appointment very badly because of infection and I had to get prescription.
