"Location"

The gentleman in Ipswich picked up the fact that the pressure in my right eye is quite high and said I should be seen again in a year’s time. However, as I was supposed to have an assessment for cataracts which is not undertaken at Ipswich I was not very pleased as it means I now have to wait longer to be triaged and my partner wasted a morning’s work taking me to Ipswich. I booked Ipswich because the waiting time was shorter. The gentleman I saw at Ipswich told me this has happened before so obviously the system needs looking at.
