"Terrible care and service"

About: Barlby Surgery

The surgery now forces everything through the app Dr IQ. I've requested blood tests as instructed through the app and the reply received by the manager contained only "N/A". There was no further explanation. This is terrible service and it shows the very little care the surgery has for its patients. I felt I was treated with no care and dignity, just like another online form.

I do apologise that your experience with Barlby was not satisfactory .We recognize that although DrIQ is a very helpful online tool it will not fit with all patients or all circumstances . We have a range of face to face and telephone appointments available to all our patents .I would be grateful if you could contact the management team directly who will help resolve your issues .
