"Excellent care at a difficult time"

I’d like to thank the staff at Linthorpe Surgery for the impressive level of care over the last 18 months or so

The COVID vaccination system has worked quickly and smoothly and I’ve found responses on eConsult to be efficient and effective. It must have been a very difficult operation to change the way they work quickly and organise vaccinations for so many. Great work!

The staff who great patients into the building could adopt a slightly less aggressive tone of voice, but I’m sure they must find themselves in some stressful situations.
