"Horrific experience!"

About: The Whittington Hospital

Lack of care from the reception until the doctor. 3 hours waiting in agony even the 111 told me I will be seen within max 2 hours. Couldn't sit or walk properly. Was standing over 3 hours in waiting room. Nurse told me she will give something for the pain of my lower back. Didn't get anything. Left in agony with paracetamol from very unexperienced doctor without any comparison. Feeling worse then before I was seeking help.
