Actual care from doctors and nurses has always been outstanding. But other than one receptionist that has spoken to me the receptionist tend to be rude and uncaring. But that’s only if you can get through in the first place! Even before the global pandemic it was a mammoth task to get through on the phone, and get an appointment. But now... my latest attempt was 196 calls until I even reached the automated message!
