I was recently booked in for an HbA1c blood test. The booking process was simple and efficient.

My treatment throughout the appointment was absolutely brilliant throughout my time at Whiteladies HC that day.

I was anxious about many things, including the test but was given reassurances and understanding from the outset. I did not even felt the needle as it went in.

I ended up staying longer than expected as my BP was raised. (I suffer badly from ‘Whitecoat syndrome’) and it didn’t drop quickly.

All ensuing checks and procedures were very thorough. I left reassured with agreement for further investigations arranged.

My anxieties were responded to with both professional clarity, respect and gentleness.

Requesting results of tests was handled efficiently and speedily.
