I truly believe that you only understand the value and quality of care when faced with challenging circumstances. During the last twelve months I have witnessed the very best of care by Knowle Court. The care and support they have given my mother during the Covid crisis has been exceptional. They truly set the standard for others to aspire to. Their early assessment of the virus and the resulting safeguarding measures have proved to be an effective Covid line of defence. It is not just a care home. It is a loving family home where everyone is welcomed , supported and loved. Thank you to all the staff for their loving care of my mother.
