(as the patient),

For the preceding days I felt fearful, apprehensive not looking forward to either procedure. I arrived for my appointment via TAPS urgently needing a toilet passed through security and headed to my target.

I arrived at Endoscopy Reception completed the necessary paperwork and waited just a few minutes so surprised. My nurse Kimberly took me off to her prep area where I had a canular inserted got changed into my jungle greens and gown. Collected by Aaron and off we went my oh my what an adventure a fantastic team awaited my presence. My procedures were both successful my team helped me through with compassion, professional expertise, and kindness which I shall never forget THANKYOU.
