"Very poor staff"

This surgery has messed up my diagnosis many of times. Receptionist has given me my diagnosis with no qualifications. One of them did tell me I had a miscarriage without even seeing me. And none of them give information about how long test results will be received. A doctor told me to handing my samples within a time limit for the results are returned within the next day, I proceed to ring the next day and the receptionist told me it would take a couple of weeks.
