"missing meds"

order meds that are not on my repeat, three times in the past year

but they just get ignored and you have to go in and ask them why

and they say it was not requested, but you have to speak to a doctor

before you can have them anyway so why dont they ask you to call in and get it sorted out, i have been with them for over 20 years

and it has gone from very good to very bad.
