"Rude receptionists and poor service"

I have never been anything other than polite and patient on the phone, but the receptionist I spoke with was rude and impatient and disregarded my experience. She told me I wasn't likely to get an appointment as 'it was like the lottery' and that the GPs were too busy to read a letter that was sent as urgent from A&E. Two weeks after my A&E visit where I was told the GP needed to see me urgently, the GP has not returned any of my calls or read the urgent letter from A&E or the urgent fax sent later by the 111 doctor. Do not register with this GP!
