About: University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology

(as a service user),

My sister mistakenly went to the wrong hospital for a scan when we should have been at Wishaw. They could not accommodate us so we called Wishaw X-Ray. They advised that we make our way to Wishaw. On getting there, some considerable time after our scheduled appointment, my sister was taken quickly and the nurses and reception staff were first class. Thank you for making a rotten experience so much better. Wishaw site and the all over culture that you feel when you walk into the building is so welcoming and reassuring.

I'm sorry you & your sister didn't have a good experience at the start of your day. This has been addressed internally within the radiology departments at UHM & UHW.

I'm pleased that you had a positive experience when you attended UHW Radiology dept, and the staff were able to accommodate your sisters scan.
