"My stopping drinking."

After years of heavy drinking I phoned Pathfinder Start at Cirtek House last September. They were very helpful in helping me reduce my intake without stopping immediately, which may have caused withdrawal effects. Eventually I stopped for about a month at a time before going back to moderate drinking. I went on to CGL for five months at the start of this year to monitor my progress and during that time I stopped completely. I last had a drink two months ago. It’s a relief to stop as it was affecting my health. I’m due to have a liver scan at hospital soon.
