"Excellent care"

Attending the vascular outpatient clinic in the Royal hospital Belfast I am happy to share the excellent attention by the consultant mr badger and staff nurse Liz and other staff. I was given clear and concise information leading to a plan of treatment and care. They showed empathy, listening and discussing issues which ultimately improves compliance with the treatment. Staff nurse Liz who has a very positive disposition carried out the dressings efficiently observing good aseptic techniques. ( these things don’t go unnoticed by a patient).

 I left the clinic feeling hopeful and thankful  for the ongoing work of such dedicated staff in the nhs.
