"Badly let down"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

Not wanting to trouble the NHS after a fall and hurting my wrist 2 weeks ago decided it was now necessary due to unbearable pain. I was rudely told that if it happened 2 weeks ago then it’s hardly an emergency by a very rude attendant. Uncaring and unhelpful and totally disgusting! I felt unworthy of treatment and left in tears.
