"Friendly, competent staff"

About: District Nursing / District Nursing - Antrim North

(as a service user),

Always attended by competent staff. Always friendly and never rushing the patient.

None of the nurses were trained in P.E.G administration or the mechanics of the equipment or procedure. I realise this is outside their remit. I have been trained at Antrim Hospital by the Corflo. Something to bear in mind.

Dear Woodpeckermh55, my name is Colleen Morrison and I am the Community Locality Manager and Lead nurse for Antrim and Ballymena. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your very positive comments about the Antrim North District Nursing staff. Its very reassuring to hear that you recognise the staffs competence and that you are very complimentary about their friendly attitude and unrushed attention. Thanks also for your training information as we genuinely take seriously all suggestions to improve our service provision. I will make sure that your information is discussed and that all of the appropriate staff get to access this communication. Thanks again for getting in touch, Colleen.
